Life Ledger is a personal health organization platform designed to help you track medications, supplements, nutrition, exercise, and overall wellness in one place. We are a Beta-stage product committed to building the most thoughtful, privacy-first health app available.

✅ Your Account

To use Life Ledger you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Providing accurate information during account setup

You must be 18 years of age or older to create a Life Ledger account.

🚫 What You May Not Do

When using Life Ledger you agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the application
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Misrepresent your identity or health information in ways that could harm others
• Use the platform to harass, harm, or discriminate against any person

💳 Subscription and Billing

Life Ledger operates on a subscription basis. During the Beta period, access may be provided free of charge or at a reduced rate. When paid plans launch:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected
• You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods
• Pricing changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice

🔒 Your Data

Your health data belongs to you. We never sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to make decisions that affect your insurance, employment, or credit. For full details on how we collect, store, and protect your data please review our Privacy Policy.

📤 Data Export and Deletion

You have the right to export your data or request permanent deletion of your account at any time. Requests can be submitted through the app Settings or by contacting us directly. We will process deletion requests within 30 days in compliance with applicable privacy regulations.

⚙️ Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes we will notify you through the app and require your acknowledgment before continuing. Continued use of Life Ledger after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

⚖️ Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration unless prohibited by law. Details of the arbitration process will be included in the final version of this document following legal review.
